Radial drilling machine
Z30100 / Z30125 Radial Drilling Machine
100 mm and 125 mm capacity with the spindle reaching 3150 mm and 4000 mm from the column. 15 kW and 18.5 kW drives, 22 spindle speeds, and machine weights of 20 t and 28.5 t.

Features
- The arm guideway is inlaid with steel, a construction worked out from the quality-feedback and maintenance records of close to ten thousand radial drilling machines and around thirty years of building steel guideways.
- The inlaid rail takes the wear that would otherwise fall on the arm guideway, so spindle drilling accuracy and spindle-box clamping hold up after years of arm travel.
- Spindle speeds are geared in 16 or 22 steps and feeds in 9 or 16 steps, selected at the head rather than through a variable drive.

Model FAQs
Questions Engineers Ask About The Z30100 / Z30125
What is built into the Z30100 / Z30125 that keeps it accurate?
Two build points matter most on this machine: the arm guideway is inlaid with steel, a construction worked out from the quality-feedback and maintenance records of close to ten thousand radial drilling machines and around thirty years of building steel guideways; and the inlaid rail takes the wear that would otherwise fall on the arm guideway, so spindle drilling accuracy and spindle-box clamping hold up after years of arm travel. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
What material are the Z30100 / Z30125 capacity ratings quoted in?
Capacity figures are quoted in steel — 50 / 50 / 60 / 63 / 80 / 100 / 125 mm on the Z30100 / Z30125. Keep a working margin over your biggest regular hole rather than running the spindle at its limit all day: a machine bought at the limit wears its accuracy off first. In cast iron the same spindle works easier; in stainless, harder.
Will the Z30100 / Z30125 reach across my widest part without re-clamping?
The Z30100 / Z30125’s lifting distance of arm / sleeve runs 580 / 580 / 735 / 800 / 1000 / 1250 / 1250 mm. The whole point of the machine is that the spindle comes to the hole, so measure your widest workpiece with margin and check it against that figure — chasing holes by re-clamping a heavy weldment defeats the machine.
Z30100 / Z30125 or Z3063 / Z3080 — which fits my work?
Both sit in the radial drilling machine group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
How soon can the Z30100 / Z30125 ship, and what covers it afterwards?
Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract. The Z30100 / Z30125 then carries a 12-month warranty on main components, handled by the plant that built it, with lifetime technical support and spare parts identified by part number at handover.
