1. Adopting 45°overall inclined bed structure ,which makes the machine tool excellent rigidity and precision accuracy maintenance. 2. The spindle of the machine is designed with the concept of high speed, heavy duty, high precision, which easily achieve strongly heavy cutting. 3. The machine adopts 8/12 station servo turret to ensure the speed , exchange accuracy and rigidity of the tool change, X/Z axis is driven by imported precision ball screws, combined with imported linear rolling guide way, and has good dynamic characteristics. The machine is equipped with the hydraulic tailstock.

Every SKD-400 is laser-measured to ISO 230-2 over its travels, cuts a test piece that is measured rather than admired, and ships with a serial-numbered report carrying the measured values. If any line misses, the machine goes back into the shop until it passes — the report is a record, not a promise.
