X6325A and X6325 and X6325D turret milling machine

Features

  • High rigidity cast iron construction, with the saddle guide-way coated in TF material.
  • Table surface and the X, Y and Z guide-way surfaces are hardened to HRC45-55.
  • 16-speed milling head sourced from Taiwan; variable-speed, combination-type and inverter heads are available in its place.
  • X, Y and Z axis screws are sourced from Taiwan for smooth, reliable feed.
  • The head swivels 90° and tilts 45°, so angled faces can be reached without re-fixturing the part.
  • Standard electrical cabinet uses domestic components; SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER parts can be specified instead.

Model FAQs

Questions Engineers Ask About The X6325A / X6325 / X6325D

Why does the X6325A / X6325 / X6325D hold its geometry under real work?

Two build points matter most on this machine: high rigidity cast iron construction, with the saddle guide-way coated in tf material; and table surface and the x, y and z guide-way surfaces are hardened to hrc45-55. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.

Which options should I consider when specifying the X6325A / X6325 / X6325D?

Catalogued options for the X6325A / X6325 / X6325D include: ISO30 or ISO40 spindle taper in place of the standard R8 (X6323 and X6325 frames); Variable-speed head, 60-4200 rpm or 60-3600 rpm, in place of the 16-step gear head; Combination-type or inverter-driven milling head. Options are named line by line on the quotation with the base configuration, so what is written is what arrives — and if an option does not earn its money on your parts, we will say so.

Does the X6325A / X6325 / X6325D favour aluminium speed or steel torque?

The X6325A / X6325 / X6325D runs a 50 Hz 66-4540 / 60 Hz 80-5440 r/min spindle speed. Aluminium work spends its time at the top of the speed band; steel roughing lives on torque lower down. Match the spindle to the material mix you actually cut week to week, and say so in the enquiry — the spindle line is confirmed in the contract.

X6325A / X6325 / X6325D or X6330 / X6333 — which fits my work?

Both sit in the turret milling machine group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.

What is the lead time and warranty on the X6325A / X6325 / X6325D?

Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract. The X6325A / X6325 / X6325D then carries a 12-month warranty on main components, handled by the plant that built it, with lifetime technical support and spare parts identified by part number at handover.
