Floor-type boring and milling machine
TK69 Series Floor-type Boring and Milling Machine
Floor-type machines for work too large to put on a table. Boring axes of Φ130 to Φ200 mm on a hydrostatic guideway, X travel of 4000 mm plus 1000 or 2000 mm per added bed section, Y to 6000 mm, and up to 81 kW at the spindle.

Features
- Hydrostatic guideway.
- High rigidity bed with multiple supports.
- Column guideway on the bed ground over its full length.
- Steel wire rope counterweight balance, with the balance lifting point set out of the usual position.
- Fully enclosed headstock.
- Y axis on nut rotation.
- X axis on rack and pinion, with a choice of twin-motor twin-pinion or single-motor twin-pinion backlash take-up.
- Main gearbox and square ram feed together, which is what gives the combination of speed, low noise and torque.
- Square ram fully boxed on four faces, with a compensation mechanism.
- High pressure through-spindle coolant.
- Tool magazine with automatic tool change.
- Automatic pick-up and automatic indexing attachment heads.

Model FAQs
Questions Engineers Ask About The TK69 Series
Why does the TK69 Series hold its geometry under real work?
Two build points matter most on this machine: hydrostatic guideway; and high rigidity bed with multiple supports. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
What separates the TK69 Series from the TPX61 / T(P)X62 Series in this group?
Both sit in the floor-type boring and milling machine group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
How soon can the TK69 Series ship, and what covers it afterwards?
Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract. The TK69 Series then carries a 12-month warranty on main components, handled by the plant that built it, with lifetime technical support and spare parts identified by part number at handover.
What acceptance testing does the TK69 Series go through?
Every machine in the TK69 Series range is laser-measured to ISO 230-2 over its travels, cuts a test piece that is measured rather than admired, and ships with a serial-numbered report carrying the measured values. If any line misses, the machine goes back into the shop until it passes — the report is a record, not a promise.
