Swing over bed is clearance — twice the distance from spindle centreline to the bed ways — not the working limit. Quote your largest finished diameter plus workholding, and check it against that second number, not the headline swing.

The CFK6163B is catalogued with max. length of workpiece options of 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 mm. Work from your longest finished part plus chucking and parting allowance, and remember slender work on the longer beds wants steady rests quoted with the machine.
