Horizontal CNC lathe
CFK6180D Flat-bed CNC Lathe
A flat-bed CNC lathe for shaft and disc work: turning outside and inside diameters, faces, cones, arcs and threads, with grooving and parting off. The bed is cast in one piece and the way faces are hardened by ultrasonic-frequency quenching.

Model FAQs
Questions Engineers Ask About The CFK6180D
What is built into the CFK6180D that keeps it accurate?
Two build points matter most on this machine: one-piece resin-sand cast bed, aged before machining; and way faces hardened by ultrasonic-frequency quenching. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
Is the CFK6180D’s Φ800 mm swing the real working diameter?
Swing over bed is clearance — twice the distance from spindle centreline to the bed ways — not the working limit. Quote your largest finished diameter plus workholding, and check it against that second number, not the headline swing.
Which bed length of the CFK6180D should I order?
The CFK6180D is catalogued with max. length of workpiece options of 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000 mm. Work from your longest finished part plus chucking and parting allowance, and remember slender work on the longer beds wants steady rests quoted with the machine. Buying excess bed costs floor space and money every day after delivery.
CFK6180D or CFK6180Q — which fits my work?
Both sit in the horizontal CNC lathe group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
What is the lead time and warranty on the CFK6180D?
Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract. The CFK6180D then carries a 12-month warranty on main components, handled by the plant that built it, with lifetime technical support and spare parts identified by part number at handover.
