JHT-630A Horizontal Machining Centre

Two build points matter most on this machine: the casting adopts an integrated box design with a dual ribbing arm structure, giving optimal support and dynamic stability; and all three axes run ball linear slide rails with a low friction coefficient, and the rail span follows a golden-ratio distribution for accurate, smooth cutting feed. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.

The JHT-630A carries a 630×630 / 800×800 / 1250×1000 mm table. Size against the fixture, not just the part — as a working rule allow roughly one and a half times the part footprint once workholding is on, and check the load rating against part plus fixture weight. A dense casting can max a table long before it runs out of area.

Both sit in the horizontal machining centre group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract.
