Horizontal machining centre
JVH-630A Horizontal Machining Centre
A 630 x 630 mm rotary table carrying 1200 kg, with 1300/950/710 mm travels and a 4500 rpm BT-50 spindle. Suitable for rough and finish machining of box parts, and used across automobiles, aerospace, electric power, locomotives, plastic machinery, engineering machinery and other fields.

Features
- The casting adopts an integrated box design with a dual ribbing arm structure, giving optimal support and dynamic stability.
- All three axes run ball linear slide rails with a low friction coefficient, and the rail span follows a golden-ratio distribution for accurate, smooth cutting feed.
- The ball screws are motor-driven direct type and pre-tensioned with precision angular contact bearings, giving optimal feed rigidity and precision.

Model FAQs
Questions Engineers Ask About The JVH-630A
What should I look at inside the JVH-630A beyond the spec table?
Two build points matter most on this machine: the casting adopts an integrated box design with a dual ribbing arm structure, giving optimal support and dynamic stability; and all three axes run ball linear slide rails with a low friction coefficient, and the rail span follows a golden-ratio distribution for accurate, smooth cutting feed. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
Is the JVH-630A’s table big enough for my parts?
The JVH-630A carries a 500×500 / 630×630 / 1000×1000 mm table. Size against the fixture, not just the part — as a working rule allow roughly one and a half times the part footprint once workholding is on, and check the load rating against part plus fixture weight. A dense casting can max a table long before it runs out of area.
Will my part envelope fit inside the JVH-630A’s travels?
The JVH-630A runs X 1100 / 1300 / 2250 mm. Check the envelope with the longest tool at the part’s tallest point — Z is the axis that runs out first on most jobs — and keep 20–30 % margin over your largest recurring part rather than sizing to a one-off.
JVH-630A or JHT-1000 — which fits my work?
Both sit in the horizontal machining centre group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
How is a new JVH-630A proven before it ships?
Every JVH-630A is laser-measured to ISO 230-2 over its travels, cuts a test piece that is measured rather than admired, and ships with a serial-numbered report carrying the measured values. If any line misses, the machine goes back into the shop until it passes — the report is a record, not a promise.
