Drilling and milling centre
T-5C / T-7C Drilling and Milling Centre
A BT30 direct-drive centre turning 20000 rpm with 48 m/min rapid on all three axes and a 21-tool servo jaw magazine, built on annealed HT300 castings for small and medium precision parts.

Features
- HT300 cast iron is used: low melting point, small solidification shrinkage, compressive strength and hardness close to carbon steel, and good vibration resistance.
- Castings are annealed and naturally aged to eliminate internal stress, so they stay stable and do not deform over the long term.
- The main structure is optimised by finite element analysis against real conditions, raising rigidity and natural frequency. Alongside high machining capability, it reduces the effect of external vibration on surface quality.

Model FAQs
Questions Engineers Ask About The T-5C / T-7C
How many tools does the T-5C / T-7C’s magazine hold, and does it matter?
The T-5C / T-7C is catalogued with a BT30 spindle taper. Size the magazine to the tool count of your most complex regular job plus a buffer for sister tooling and wear — running out of pockets mid-cycle costs more than the pockets ever did.
Which control packages are offered on the T-5C / T-7C?
The T-5C / T-7C is tabled with both Mitsubishi M80 and FANUC 0i MF Plus packages, each with matched axis and spindle motors — the drive configuration table on this page names motor models, power and torque per axis. Other combinations are quoted on request, and whichever you choose is written into the contract line by line.
What is built into the T-5C / T-7C that keeps it accurate?
Two build points matter most on this machine: ht300 cast iron is used: low melting point, small solidification shrinkage, compressive strength and hardness close to carbon steel, and good vibration resistance; and castings are annealed and naturally aged to eliminate internal stress, so they stay stable and do not deform over the long term. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
What separates the T-5C / T-7C from the TH-85 in this group?
Both sit in the drilling and milling centre group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
How soon can the T-5C / T-7C ship, and what covers it afterwards?
Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order, with the date written into the contract. The T-5C / T-7C then carries a 12-month warranty on main components, handled by the plant that built it, with lifetime technical support and spare parts identified by part number at handover.
