Built on the high-rigidity design of the V series with an internally oil-cooled spindle, so cutting performance holds up on difficult-to-machine material. It is used across moulds, hardware, auto parts, aviation and medical equipment.

Features

  • High-rigidity main structure, checked by finite element analysis, with good vibration resistance so it stays stable and does not deform over the long term, holding accuracy through high-speed machining.
  • The spindle uses vibration-absorbing materials for accuracy and imported ceramic ball bearings for running precision and low temperature rise; the short, thick pull stud adds rigidity for stronger cutting.
  • All three axes run pre-tensioned ball screws.
