TH-85 Drilling and Milling Centre
The largest frame in the T series: 800/500/450 mm of travel over a 1100 × 500 mm table, with a BT30 direct-drive spindle at 12000 rpm (20000 rpm optional) and a 21-tool servo jaw magazine.

Features
- HT300 cast iron is used: low melting point, small solidification shrinkage, compressive strength and hardness close to carbon steel, and good vibration resistance.
- Annealing and natural ageing eliminate internal stress in the castings, so they stay stable and do not deform over the long term.
- The main structure is optimised by finite element analysis against real conditions, raising rigidity and inherent frequency. Alongside high machining capability, it reduces the effect of external vibration on surface quality.

Why does the TH-85 hold its geometry under real work?
Two build points matter most on this machine: ht300 cast iron is used: low melting point, small solidification shrinkage, compressive strength and hardness close to carbon steel, and good vibration resistance; and annealing and natural ageing eliminate internal stress in the castings, so they stay stable and do not deform over the long term. Structure decides how a machine ages — the specification table tells you what it does new, the build tells you what it does in year five.
Which parts suit the TH-85 best?
The catalogued work list for the TH-85 covers new energy, automation, 5g communications, consumer electronics. If your part sits outside that list it is not necessarily wrong for the machine — send the drawing, the material and the tolerance and we will place it honestly, on this machine or another.
What travels does the TH-85 give me to work with?
The TH-85 runs X 500 / 500 / 700 / 800 mm, Y 400 / 400 / 400 / 500 mm, Z 350 / 300 / 350 / 450 mm. Check the envelope with the longest tool at the part’s tallest point — Z is the axis that runs out first on most jobs — and keep 20–30 % margin over your largest recurring part rather than sizing to a one-off.
How do I choose between the TH-85 and the V-11 / V-13?
Both sit in the drilling and milling centre group, so the decision is capacity and duty, not kind: put your largest part dimensions, material and yearly quantity against each specification table and one of the two will run out of a figure first. Send the drawing and we will name which of the two fits — including the case where the smaller machine does the job.
How is a new TH-85 proven before it ships?
Every TH-85 is laser-measured to ISO 230-2 over its travels, cuts a test piece that is measured rather than admired, and ships with a serial-numbered report carrying the measured values. If any line misses, the machine goes back into the shop until it passes — the report is a record, not a promise.
